Run through these simple exercises 10 repetitions each, as many times through as you can comfortably up to 10x.
Squat with overhead lift – 10X
Push-up – 10X
Jumping jacks – 30-60 sec
Lateral lunge – 10X
Plank – 60 seconds
High knees – 60 sec
Bridges – 10X
Chair dips – 10X
Mountain climbers – 60 sec
Bicycles – 10X
