This class is designed for seniors who have goals of increasing or maintaining their balance, strength, and independence as they age. The class focuses on strength and balance in a fun and safe environment led by physical therapists.

Dates: Class starts runs for 10 weeks on Fridays at 2:30PM

What kind of exercise can I expect in this class?
Class is designed for seniors who have goals of increasing or maintaining their balance and independence as they age. Exercises will consist of a mix of strength and balance exercises in a rotating station format.
My balance is not great, will I be safe in this class?
This class is instructed by a doctor of physical therapy and is structured so that any challenging balance exercises can be adequately monitored and guarding or assistance can be provided if needed.
How do I know if this is the right class for me?
If you are a senior who wants to remain active as you age, this class is right for you! If you are concerned about your ability level, feel free to reach out to Dr. Kendall or Dr. Jordan for a free consultation to make sure this class is appropriate for you.
I have some nagging aches and pains, joint replacements, or reasons why I can’t perform certain exercises, will I still be able to participate?
Modifications will be provided for all exercises so that all individuals can participate in class, regardless of previous or current injuries. Form will be monitored by doctors of physical therapy throughout the class to ensure safety and prevention of injury.
