We are a value-based physical therapy and performance practice focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care and long-term results for our clients.Our value-based approach is delivered through a cash-based model, allowing us to prioritize time, outcomes, and relationships over insurance-driven limitations.

This role is ideal for a clinician who:

​

• Wants to spend 60 minutes 1-on-1 with each client

• Values quality over volume

• Is excited to build relationships and grow a caseload

• Wants to be part of a practice they can help grow and shape

• Wants the ability to integrate rehabilitation, recovery, performance and injury prevention

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat clients using manual therapy, movement, and exercise

• Develop individualized plans focused on long-term outcomes

• Deliver a high-level client experience that drives retention and referrals

• Actively participate in building and maintaining your caseload through:

  • Community involvement

  • Relationship building

  • Client communication and follow-up

• Represent the clinic at events (road races, workshops, partnerships)

• Collaborate with team members and community providers

• Contribute to monthly reporting and clinic initiatives

Requirements

• Licensed (or pending) Physical Therapist in Rhode Island

• Strong communication skills
